About Anaté

What does Anaté mean?

Anaté means “to shine” in Georgian, the native language of our founder, Ana Chagelishvili. The name reflects our belief in creating jewelry that reflects your light, wherever the day takes you.

What types of jewelry does Anaté offer?

Anaté offers necklaces, earrings, and bracelets — all crafted in 10K solid gold, with styles featuring lab-grown diamonds. Our designs range from everyday essentials to statement pieces.

Materials & Quality

What materials does Anaté use?

All Anaté jewelry is crafted in 10K solid gold with lab-grown diamonds. 10K gold is chosen for its durability — ideal for everyday wear without tarnishing or fading — while lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same brilliance, hardness, and composition as natural diamonds. Learn more on Our materials.

Why does Anaté use lab-grown diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds offer the same beauty and durability as mined diamonds while providing better value. They involve no mining and allow us to offer diamond jewelry at a more accessible price point.

Do lab-grown diamonds sparkle like natural diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same brilliance, sparkle, and optical properties as natural diamonds. They are real diamonds with the same chemical composition and structure — they reflect light in the same way and offer the same shine.

How is 10K gold different from 14K or 18K gold?

10K gold contains a higher percentage of strengthening alloys than 14K or 18K gold, making it more durable and resistant to scratches and bending. That makes it especially well suited to jewelry that’s worn every day. It has slightly less pure gold content, but better strength and longevity for daily wear.

Will Anaté jewelry tarnish or fade?

No. Anaté jewelry is made from 10K solid gold, which doesn’t tarnish or fade over time. It’s designed for everyday wear and keeps its color for years to come.

Craftmanship Warranty

Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Yes — every Anaté piece is covered by a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee from the date of delivery.
It’s in addition to (and never limits) your statutory rights as a consumer.
Full terms in our Terms of Service.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects — for example loose stone settings, clasp failures, or structural weakness under normal use.
Each claim is assessed individually and in accordance with the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.

What is not covered?

Among other things: oxidation and natural tarnishing of metals, general wear and tear, scratches or surface damage, accidents or mishandling, improper care (for example exposure to harsh chemicals), and lost or stolen items.

This is a summary, not the full list — in general, please refer to our Terms of Service.
We assess each claim to determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or wear and tear.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email support@anate.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and guide you through the next steps.

Wearing & Styling

Can I buy earrings as a single or a pair?

Yes — most Anaté earrings can be purchased as a single or as a pair. Just choose “Single” or “Pair” on the product page. Singles are perfect if you have multiple piercings or like to mix different styles on each ear.

Do ear jackets come with a stud, or is it purchased separately?

The stud is purchased separately. That’s intentional — it lets you pair your ear jacket with studs you already own, or choose a new Anaté stud to go with it. Each ear jacket product page suggests the studs it pairs beautifully with.

Can I stack or layer Anaté jewelry?

Absolutely — Anaté pieces are designed for it. Necklaces layer beautifully together, with many styles featuring adjustable chains for wearing at different lengths. Bracelets stack easily thanks to their subtle, minimal design. Crafted in 10K solid gold with lab-grown diamonds, they’re lightweight and easy to combine.

What are Anaté’s modular designs?

Anaté’s modular designs are created to be styled, layered, and reimagined. Studs can be transformed into drop earrings, and pieces can be combined with others you already own — so you can wear each piece in countless ways.

Can I wear Anaté jewelry every day?

Yes — that’s exactly what it’s designed for, from the gym to work to dinner. Crafted in 10K solid gold, it’s durable and won’t tarnish or fade over time.

What does “made-to-order” mean?

Some pieces are created just for you after purchase. This allows us to focus on quality and avoid overproduction.
The crafting time (typically 4-6 weeks, excluding shipping) is reflected on each product page as part of the estimated delivery date — learn more on our Made-to-order page.

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my Anaté jewelry?

Clean your gold pieces gently with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Use the polishing cloth included with your order to restore shine. Avoid harsh chemicals, and store pieces separately to prevent scratches. More tips on our Jewelry Care page.

Can I shower with my Anaté jewelry?

Yes — 10K solid gold can be worn in the shower and through everyday activities without tarnishing or fading. Soap can build up on diamonds over time, so give them a gentle clean now and then to keep their sparkle.

How do I keep the diamonds sparkling?

Soak your piece in warm water with a little mild soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, and dry with a soft cloth. A quick clean restores full brilliance.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout in your local currency, and is free above a threshold (for example $200 USD in the US, €200 in the euro area — the exact threshold for your country is shown at checkout).

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and Georgia.

If your country isn’t listed, email us at support@anate.co — we may still be able to help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The most accurate delivery estimate is shown directly on each product page — it accounts for whether the piece is in stock or made to order. As a general guide, in-stock pieces leave us within 1–3 business days.

After you order, we keep you updated by email at every step, including your tracking number the moment your piece ships. Full terms in our Terms of Service.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking page to activate after dispatch.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?

For most destinations, no — we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): all duties, VAT, and sales taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout, with nothing to pay on delivery.

Two exceptions: the United Kingdom and Georgia, where local authorities may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, payable by you. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — free of charge, any time before your order enters fulfilment. For most orders that’s within 24 hours of ordering, but it can be shorter — so act quickly: log in to your account, open your order, and select “Request cancellation”. Made-to-order pieces can be cancelled until production begins.

Already too late? You can still return your piece within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy — return shipping costs may apply. If you have any trouble, email us at support@anate.co.

My order is delayed — what should I do?

If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you informed by email. You can always reach us at support@anate.co for an update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. All returns go through our returns portal at return.anate.co — it takes about two minutes.

The full Returns & Refunds Policy is always the authoritative version.

How do I start a return?

Go to return.anate.co, enter your order number and email, and select the item(s) and reason. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid, tracked return label by email — pack the piece in its original box and pouch, and drop it off within 14 days.

Please don’t ship anything without an approved return request or with your own label — we won’t be able to accept it.

What condition must items be in?

In short: unworn and unused, complete (chain, backing, and every component), and returned with all original packaging — box, pouch, care card, and any tags or seals. Handle the piece only as you would in a shop.

Every return is photographed and inspected on arrival. If it doesn’t meet the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy (the source of truth), we’ll email you the inspection photos and the reason before sending it back to you.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes — the exact cost is shown in the returns portal before you confirm your return.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, we reimburse that cost in full together with your refund — you’re never out of pocket for our mistake.

One important tip: always use the label we issue (it’s tracked and routed correctly), and never write “jewellery”, “gold” or “diamond” on the outside of the parcel.

When will I get my refund?

Your return is inspected within about 3 business days of arriving at our returns centre, and we email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@anate.co.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the original piece and place a new order — your refund and your new order run in parallel instead of waiting on each other. Details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Is there anything you can’t take back?

Some items are excluded — in particular gift cards and items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase (see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details). This never affects your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

My item arrived damaged or isn’t what I ordered — what do I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing, or wrong, contact us at support@anate.co — ideally within 7 days of delivery — with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, and reimburse your return shipping in full.
